Welcome to NurseBrat.com (“NurseBrat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NurseBrat.com, including our digital products, physical products, free and paid memberships, educational resources, community features, courses, and other services.

By accessing NurseBrat.com, purchasing a product, creating an account, downloading a resource, or joining a NurseBrat community or membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

NurseBrat provides resources for nurses, nursing students, aspiring healthcare professionals, creators, entrepreneurs, and other members of our community.

You do not have to be 18 years old to access NurseBrat educational content or participate in areas of the community that are made available to younger users.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, purchases, paid memberships, or subscriptions must be made with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or legal guardians who authorize a minor’s purchase or use of our paid services accept responsibility for that purchase and use to the extent permitted by law.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

NurseBrat may offer free or paid products and services including:

Products, prices, membership benefits, and availability may change over time.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a NurseBrat digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish, or commercially exploit NurseBrat digital products without written permission.

Because digital products provide immediate or downloadable access, digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased product, please contact us for assistance.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

NurseBrat may sell physical products including apparel, planners, stationery, accessories, beauty products, lip products, merchandise, and other goods.

Product descriptions, colors, sizing, packaging, and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. However, actual colors, appearance, or packaging may vary slightly.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. NurseBrat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Return, exchange, and refund eligibility for physical products will be governed by the return policy displayed on NurseBrat.com at the time of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used, or unsealed beauty, cosmetic, or personal-care products may be ineligible for return except when defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law.

Final-sale or personalized items may also be non-returnable when clearly identified before purchase.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact NurseBrat within the timeframe stated in our applicable return policy.

5. FREE & PAID MEMBERSHIPS

NurseBrat may provide both free and paid community membership tiers.

Free membership features may be added, changed, or discontinued at our discretion.

Paid memberships may provide access to premium resources, educational modules, courses, downloadable materials, community discussions, live sessions, events, or other exclusive benefits.

Membership access is for the registered member only. Members may not share accounts, login credentials, paid resources, recordings, or membership-exclusive content with non-members.

Some membership services may be hosted through third-party platforms, including Skool. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & CANCELLATION

If you purchase a recurring NurseBrat membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method according to the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout.

Recurring memberships may automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel your membership using the cancellation method provided through the applicable membership or payment platform.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already paid. You may continue to have access through the remainder of your current paid billing period.

Pricing and membership benefits may change. Any notice required by applicable law will be provided before applicable changes take effect.

7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

NurseBrat is intended to be a supportive, educational, and professional community.

Members may not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, spam, unauthorized solicitation, impersonation, illegal activity, account sharing, unauthorized promotion, or distribution of NurseBrat’s paid content.

Members must also respect the privacy of other community members.

Healthcare professionals and students must never post identifiable patient information or protected health information in NurseBrat communities.

NurseBrat reserves the right to remove content or suspend or terminate community access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or applicable community rules.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NurseBrat.com and its content—including NurseBrat branding, logos, e-books, study guides, courses, modules, templates, planners, trackers, videos, graphics, photographs, educational resources, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to NurseBrat and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

NURSEBRAT / NURSE BRAT and associated branding are proprietary brand assets.

Unless written permission is provided, NurseBrat content may not be:

• Resold or redistributed
• Shared with non-purchasers
• Republished or uploaded elsewhere
• Copied and presented as your own
• Used to create substantially similar competing commercial products
• Used for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Used to train or populate commercial artificial intelligence datasets or competing products

Purchasing or accessing NurseBrat content gives you permission to use it according to these Terms; it does not transfer ownership to you.

9. EDUCATIONAL & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

NurseBrat educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nursing and healthcare-related content does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment, formal nursing education, institutional policies, or current evidence-based guidelines.

Nursing students and healthcare professionals remain responsible for verifying clinical information using current authoritative resources and following their applicable scope of practice, school requirements, employer policies, licensing requirements, and professional standards.

NurseBrat is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, university, licensing board, examination provider, employer, or certification organization unless expressly stated.

11. BEAUTY, WELLNESS & PERSONAL-CARE DISCLAIMER

NurseBrat may offer or discuss beauty, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and personal-care products.

Individual experiences and results may vary.

Customers should review product ingredients, instructions, warnings, and allergen information before use. Discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a concerning reaction.

12. USER CONTENT & PRIVACY

Members may be permitted to post comments, questions, photographs, messages, or other content within NurseBrat communities.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.

By submitting content within a NurseBrat community, you grant NurseBrat the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, operate, and moderate that community.

Do not submit confidential patient information, another person’s private information, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Your use of NurseBrat.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

NurseBrat may use or link to third-party services such as community platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, or other websites.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

NurseBrat is not responsible for third-party outages, content, policies, or actions outside our reasonable control.

14. PAYMENTS, PROMOTIONS & CHARGEBACKS

Prices and available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Discount codes and promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements and expiration dates and generally cannot be applied retroactively.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact NurseBrat so we can investigate the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the matter is investigated. Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

15. WEBSITE USE & AVAILABILITY

You may not use NurseBrat.com to commit fraud, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, circumvent access restrictions, scrape protected content without authorization, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

We cannot guarantee that NurseBrat.com, community platforms, downloads, or other services will operate without interruption at all times.

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue certain products, features, or services when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer laws and existing purchase commitments.

16. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
